We require:

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (healthcare or service-based industries preferred).

- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.

- Strong grasp of SEO strategies, especially local SEO for service-based businesses.

- Understanding of Australian healthcare marketing regulations is highly valued.

- Excellent communication and writing skills with an eye for healthcare-appropriate messaging.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Performing keyword research with a focus on healthcare-related search terms in Sydney and surrounding areas.

- Optimising website content, blog articles, and landing pages for SEO.

- Improving local SEO performance via Google Business Profile and local directories.

- Planning and executing lead generation campaigns on Google Ads tailored for healthcare services.

- Running Meta Ads to promote clinic services, awareness campaigns, and local community engagement.

- Building and managing lead funnels for online bookings, patient inquiries, and appointment follow-ups.

- Collaborating with clinicians to develop health-related content.

- Managing social media presence with educational and promotional content.

- Tracking and reporting monthly on website traffic, ad performance, SEO rankings, and lead conversions.
