Job Description:

The role of Project Officer entails providing administrative support to program and project managers in successfully delivering the Queensland Transport and Road Investment Program (QTRIP) program of works.

This includes preparing financial documents, coordinating contract documentation, and undertaking reporting on programs, projects, and contracts.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate tracking and providing early warnings of deviations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Interpret and apply financial policies and procedures.
  • Prepare financial documents such as journals, goods receipts, invoices, requisitions, and purchase orders.
  • Understand contemporary procurement practices.
  • Coordinate and administer contract documentation.
  • Undertake reporting and analysis.
  • Update information in project management software and systems.
