
Senior Policy Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to lead the development and maintenance of policies in alignment with our organization's strategic objectives and evolving regulatory requirements.
As a Commercial Credit Policy Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Timely review and enhancement of policies
- Coordination of approved changes with key stakeholders
- Ensuring consistency across related processes, procedures, and training
You will also be involved in the preparation and administration of Delegated Approval Authorities (DAAs), including the creation, maintenance, and termination of DAA records as needed.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will bring extensive experience in lending and credit management, including exposure to policy-related functions.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Strong understanding of risk—particularly policy risk
- Ability to interpret legislation and legal guidance effectively
- Sound knowledge of the commercial banking market, competitor products, and broader industry drivers
