
Supporting Clients with Insurance Policy Administration

The Insurance Policy Support role is a hybrid opportunity that allows you to work from home and in our office.
This position is ideal for someone with administration experience and a passion for client service, looking to progress their insurance career.
You will provide support to senior brokers, participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities, and manage key stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administration support to our brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs
- Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities, including drafting quotations, creating renewal reports, certificates of currency, and endorsements
- Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner
- Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims, and other insurance broking duties
- Manage key stakeholder relationships with senior brokers, underwriters, client executives, and client managers
- Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service
About You:
- Client-focused individual with strong administration skills and high attention to detail
- Keen to progress your insurance broking career
- Experience supporting senior brokers with client accounts, client service, underwriting, claims, or insurance broking highly regarded
- Tier 1 insurance broking qualification or willingness to obtain one
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proactive, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and autonomously
- Excellent attention to detail
