Job Opportunity: Senior Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised individual to oversee our residential portfolio as a Senior Property Manager.

Key responsibilities include leasing properties, conducting lease renewals and rent reviews, managing ingoing and routine inspections with property managers, providing outstanding client service to landlords and tenants, and arrears management.

The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, be able to prioritise tasks confidently, be adaptable, eager to learn, motivated to succeed, and committed to excellence in both their career and personal growth.
