Leadership Opportunity in Property Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our property management team.

This is a unique opportunity for career growth and development in a high-performing environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 5 property managers, managing a portfolio of properties, and engaging with both the direct team and the broader leadership team to create a positive experience for clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, train, and develop multiple team members and guide them on best practice property management
  • Tenant and landlord relationship management
  • Maintenance and repairs management
  • Engaging with internal members of the business to ensure day-to-day efficiency
  • Achieve objectives and targets set by the management team on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Oversee training and development of new members of staff
  • Handling complaints escalated from the Property Managers/Customer Care

  • NSW Certificate of Registration is a minimum requirement
