Cellar Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic cellar assistant to fill this exciting opportunity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, providing product information and assisting customers with purchases.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and rotating stock as needed.
  • Process transactions accurately, handling cash and credit card payments efficiently.
  • Work effectively within a small team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display of products to create an appealing shopping experience.

Essential Requirements:

  • Hold a current RSA certificate and maintain a high level of personal hygiene and appearance.
  • Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with colleagues and management.
