The Role

We're seeking an exceptional individual to join our arrangement team as a Customer Care Specialist. This full-time role requires you to travel around Greater Sydney, making you a vital part of our operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating ashes returns to our families in New South Wales
  • Arranging directly with families the best possible return of ashes experience
  • Attending memorial ceremonies
  • Answering inbound calls from families who have questions about their current arrangements
  • Coordinating logistics, ceremony arrangements, and communicating funeral service details to extended networks
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences, being flexible and patient with requests
  • Contributing to Bare content and resources to ensure customers are well-informed and supported

Compensation and Benefits

This role comes with a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, along with opportunities for career growth and development. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of end-of-life care.
