The Role
We're seeking an exceptional individual to join our arrangement team as a Customer Care Specialist. This full-time role requires you to travel around Greater Sydney, making you a vital part of our operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating ashes returns to our families in New South Wales
- Arranging directly with families the best possible return of ashes experience
- Attending memorial ceremonies
- Answering inbound calls from families who have questions about their current arrangements
- Coordinating logistics, ceremony arrangements, and communicating funeral service details to extended networks
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences, being flexible and patient with requests
- Contributing to Bare content and resources to ensure customers are well-informed and supported
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A driving passion to help people in their greatest time of need
- Complete dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Commitment to ensuring people experience the return of ashes with compassion and grace
- Autonomous and ambitious nature
- Strong attention to detail and methodical under pressure
- A valid driver's license and willingness to drive throughout NSW
Compensation and Benefits
This role comes with a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, along with opportunities for career growth and development. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of end-of-life care.
