We are seeking a leader in aged care to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential aged care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service for our residents.

The Residential Manager will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care, ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation requirements. This role will drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and resident experience, operational planning, budgeting, and resource management, as well as build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and the wider community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve quality of care and services
  • Leading and managing multidisciplinary teams to achieve organisational goals
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
