  • Oversee personnel performance by monitoring shift operations and enforcing high standards of work and behavior.
  • Maintain accurate shift reports.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in Underground Longwall Mining.

Holding a Certificate of Competency as Undermanager or having an equivalent qualification recognized mutually.

Prioritizing candidates with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the mining industry.

Demonstrated operational management capability at senior or subordinate levels.

Showcasing strong leadership and management skills.
