**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Due to the continued growth at our Dargues Gold Mine operations, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Underground Truck Operator to join the team

Dargues Gold Mine is NSW's newest underground Gold Mine and is the only hard-rock mine in Australia where you can live by the beach, close to Canberra or amongst nature. With an expanding team and excellent career pathways, Dargues are ready to welcome you.

Responsible for the operation of Underground Haul Trucks, along with assisting other teams as required, the position will see you play a key role in the ongoing success of the project and will provide you with an entry point into the underground mining industry.

Being a full-time, permanent position and working a 7/7 roster, this opportunity is residential to the Majors Creek/Braidwood region and ready for an immediate start.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED**:

- Demonstrated experience operating heavy plant, earth moving or farming equipment (highly desirable)
- A willingness to reside within 1 hour of Dargues Gold Mine (Majors Creek, NSW)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- A positive can-do attitude with the ability to work as part of a team
- A strong focus on safety
- Hold a current Australian Drivers Licence
- Hold or be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance.
