Product Specialist Job Description

We are a leading developer and manufacturer of 3D scanners and CAD/CAM software solutions with headquarters based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The Product Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, demonstrations, and presentations at events across the entire product portfolio in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive training, consultancy, and guidance to distributors and end-customers in both Australia and New Zealand both at our own training facility in Alexandria, NSW, and via online channels.
  • Facilitate the understanding and usage of the Clinic and Lab solutions through classroom, webinars, and remote training initiatives.
  • Assist sales teams on events, congresses, and exhibitions across ANZ.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal team members and external clients to facilitate effective communication and seamless support.
Requirements:
  • A dental background, e.g. as a Dental Technician.
  • Work experience as Product Specialist, Trainer or Application Specialist within the dental industry is preferred.
  • Experience with dental CAD/CAM and specifically with hardware and software either TRIOS as well as lab will be beneficial.
  • Knowledge and insights in the work and needs of dentists and dental technicians.
  • Excellent customer care & satisfaction mind-set.
  • Enthusiasm about traveling and excellent communication skills.
