This role focuses on driving growth in industrial services by partnering with contractors and infrastructure projects to sell and manage solutions like vacuum excavation and high-pressure water blasting.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive business growth through sales and management of industrial solutions (e.g., vacuum excavation, high-pressure water blasting).
- Partner with Tier 1 & 2 civil contractors and major infrastructure projects.
- Develop a sales pipeline, secure re-signs, and new contracts, and maximise cross-sell opportunities across service offerings.
- Maintain compliance, accurate reporting, and professional conduct in all activities.
- Proven track record of converting pipelines into profitable growth through business development acumen.
- Experience in customer management, solution selling, and negotiations; able to build trusted partnerships and uncover new opportunities.
- Exposure to industrial services, waste management or related sectors (including vacuum excavation, high-pressure water blasting, or major infrastructure projects) and ability to position value-added solutions effectively.
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting (Salesforce or equivalent); disciplined, self-motivated, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Strong relationship builder and communicator with a collaborative mindset to achieve business outcomes and exceed targets.
