Culinary Specialist Role

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience, demonstrating expertise in culinary arts.
  • Proven experience working in high-volume kitchen environments, handling pressure with poise.
  • In-depth knowledge of dietary requirements and food safety compliance, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
