About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of operations, driving venue performance, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a skilled and capable kitchen team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Support the Head Chef in building, coaching, and developing the kitchen team.
  • Foster a customer-first culture, utilising customer feedback to continuously improve the dining experience.
  • Manage kitchen costs, achieve revenue targets, and meet business objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and legal obligations within kitchen operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating a kitchen team.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge in food preparation, recipe consistency, and maintaining high food quality across all kitchen stations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey expectations and coordinate effectively between kitchen and front-of-house teams.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to managing customer needs and ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience.
