The Front Office Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing our Front Office Administration and Reception operations, focusing on Customer/Group Service and coordinating frontline services, including Resort Porters, in the absence of upper management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operation of the Front Office department
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly
  • Coordinate with Resort Porters and other departments as needed
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Front Office Duty Manager role or related field
  • 2+ years of Front Office experience in a 3-star or higher hotel/resort
  • Knowledge of property management systems and hotel booking software (Maxial, Respax, Opera, Events Pro, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
