">Your Role: Island Shuttle Driver
">We are seeking an experienced Bus Driver to join our Transport team on a full-time permanent basis. As an Island Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for greeting our guests and shuttling them around the island from the airport to accommodation, restaurants, and activities.
">You will also:
">- ">
- Drive shuttle loop services and after-hours taxi service">
- Deliver a friendly, informative, and timely service to all guests and residents">
- Assist with boarding, disembarking, and luggage as needed">
- Deliver an island introduction commentary for all incoming guests">
- Ensure all vehicles are maintained in a clean, safe, and operable condition">
About You
">To be successful in this role, you will require:
">- ">
- A minimum QLD MR licence and impeccable driving record (essential)">
- QLD Industry Authority or must be eligible to apply (essential)">
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills">
- Previous bus driving experience is desirable but not required">
- Tourism, Resort, or Tour guide experience highly regarded">
- Strong commitment towards customer service and going the extra mile">

Compensation Package
">We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
