About the Position
Our team is building a Support function to help clients achieve their goals.
Team members focus on resolving customer issues and contributing to internal discussions around product enhancements.
If you're passionate about problem-solving and excel under pressure, you might have what it takes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers in Australia with our global products
- Resolve customer issues from start to finish in a dynamic environment
- De-escalate and resolve issues using platform and industry expertise
- Become a product expert and resource for customers and coworkers
- Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams
- Meet client needs under tight deadlines and schedules
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working directly with customers
- Experience working in Australian payroll systems
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work between 9AM and 5:30PM (Sydney timezone)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Organisational skills and process improvement experience
- Flexibility with changing job duties and responsibilities
- Time management skills and ability to prioritise
