Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for coordinating recruitment and selection activities, ensuring seamless experiences for candidates and hiring managers. You will maintain accurate HR documentation and system records, providing expert administration of the HRIS and supporting workforce management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate recruitment and selection processes to ensure efficient candidate experiences.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and records.
  • Provide administrative support for HR systems, including data integrity and troubleshooting.
  • Support learning and development initiatives by coordinating training logistics and maintaining comprehensive records.
  • Assist in planning, promoting, and delivering employee engagement and wellbeing programs.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Certificate IV in Human Resources or related discipline preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR administration with strong attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for effective communication and reporting.
  • Experience using integrated HRIS platforms for administrative tasks.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of an organisation.
