Job Description:As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic management and execution of the Training Capability as part of the Support Systems team. This role requires a systems approach to training with a focus on design and development. You will lead a large and diverse team across Australia, executing to multiple domains and capabilities, and drive competency development for training specialists across the business.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will have the chance to influence new business opportunities and current training operations. Your expertise will be crucial in establishing and growing an enterprise-wide capability to the business and our customers, including the Boeing Military platforms that we support.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a large and diverse team across Australia, executing to multiple domains and capabilities
- Drive competency development for training specialists across the business
- Strategic planning and capability development covering the people, process, and tools aspects, including needs analysis, design, and development
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Tertiary qualifications in training development and delivery
- A recognised expert in training operations & management with at least 7-10 years' experience in a training environment. Experience within a Military training environment would be beneficial
- Proven experience in the analysis and design of training curricula and/or developing training media
