Strategic Delivery Lead

We seek an experienced Strategic Delivery Lead to oversee a portfolio of transformation initiatives, focusing on projects led by our AI Labs team.

  • This role blends expert project management with agile leadership, requiring a hands-on approach to drive execution, facilitate planning, and remove obstacles.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders.
  • Responsibilities include leading strategic transformation projects aligned with business goals, managing multiple initiatives, resources, and timelines, and providing delivery insights to support planning.
  • Further responsibilities include facilitating agile ceremonies and tracking progress, managing risks, dependencies, and team coordination, removing blockers and ensuring delivery of business value, collaborating with Innovation and Tech leads, aligning goals and maintaining transparency with stakeholders, building trusted relationships with senior leaders, communicating status, risks, and achievements, representing the team in governance forums, promoting agile practices and delivery efficiency, supporting system/process adoption and training, capturing lessons learned and encouraging collaboration, ensuring compliance with delivery standards, maintaining documentation and reporting, monitoring budgets and optimising resources, and escalating issues and recommending solutions.
