As a key member of our logistics team, this dynamic role requires an enthusiastic and reliable individual to assist in smooth day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering and directing incoming phone calls, responding to customer service emails and Salesforce enquiries, assisting customers with depot collections, drop-offs, repacks, and damages, investigating freight escalations, completing daily data entry, scanning finance copies, closing driver manifests, conducting internal audits, and providing timely support to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Respond to customer service emails and Salesforce enquiries
  • Assist customers with depot collections, drop-offs, repacks, and damages
  • Investigate freight escalations
  • Complete daily data entry, including raising consignment notes and updating internal systems
  • Scan finance copies and close driver manifests
  • Conduct internal audits and complete general administrative tasks as required
  • Provide timely, accurate, and professional support to both internal and external customers
Requirements
  • Previous experience in administration, clerical support, or customer service
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Good computer skills and confidence using internal systems
  • A friendly, helpful attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure
  • A team player mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
