About Healius Pathology
We are a leading healthcare provider in Australia, with an expansive network of pathology laboratories and diagnostic imaging centres. Our team provides specialty diagnostic services to consumers and their referring practitioners.
The Genomic Diagnostics Laboratory is the national genomics laboratory for Healius Pathology. We provide comprehensive genomic testing spanning reproductive health, inherited disease, pharmacogenomics, oncology, and relationship testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry, sorting, processing, and accessioning of pathology specimens
- Packaging and sending of pathology specimens to referral laboratories
- Perform designated tasks as outlined in methods and procedures
Requirements
- Previous laboratory experience is desirable
- Qualification in laboratory techniques or pathology/general science-related field
- Knowledge and experience in laboratory robotics and operation of specific equipment
