Role OverviewThis role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can interpret and apply awards, employment legislation, company policies, and procedures to ensure HR compliance. You'll also be responsible for supporting global payroll processing and developing regular HR metrics reports.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations, generalist HR, or a similar role.
- Experience as a super administrator for an HRIS (e.g., Rippling, Workday, BambooHR, Employment Hero, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, best practices, with the ability to understand and interpret awards and employment legislation.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in HR documentation and reporting.
- Proficiency in payroll-related administrative tasks and HR data management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
