We are seeking a skilled and driven Store Execution Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-store experiences across our premium deli and fresh food portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain merchandising plans, planograms, and seasonal resets across Independent Supermarkets ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Ensure product displays adhere to company standards, shelf stock levels are optimal, and rotation is efficient.
  • Implement clearance PLUs, SOPs, waste reduction strategies, and seasonal merchandising kits to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team and suppliers to execute strategic initiatives (e.g. new product launches, tastings, seasonal programs).
Store Engagement:
  • BUILD TRUSTED RELATIONSHIPS WITH STORE OWNERS, DELI MANAGERS, AND TEAM LEADS TO DRIVE IN-STORE EXCELLENCE.
  • Troubleshoot in-store issues (e.g. ticketing errors, poor facing) and escalate where necessary.
Data & Reporting:
  • Submit weekly field reports including before/after photos, compliance scores, and insights from the ground to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze data to identify underperforming stores and recommend targeted interventions.
Executional Projects:
  • Support new store onboarding, demo events, and retailer-specific activations to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
Ideal Candidate:
  • PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN FMCG MERCHANDISING, FIELD MARKETING, OR RETAIL EXECUTION REQUIRED.
  • Strong understanding of independent supermarket operations—especially deli and fresh food departments.
  • EXCEPTIONAL VISUAL MERC HANDLING SKILLS WITH A KEEN EYE FOR DETAIL.
  • Must be mobile—role involves regular store visits across the state.
  • Previous work within the retail fresh food space (Deli, IGA, Metcash, Café) preferred.
  • Deli, cheese, charcuterie, or fresh food merchandising background advantageous.
  • Able to spot a ticketing error from 10 metres out.
