About the role

As a Fresh Production Team Member, you will work in the produce and fresh convenience zones, preparing and stocking items to the highest standards for our customers.

The Woolworths Customer Fulfilment Centre is designed to serve our online customers, offering an expanded range and faster delivery through this new format store.

This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy physically demanding and repetitive tasks. It involves lifting up to 16 kg repeatedly and may include handling red meat, poultry, and seafood.

All candidates will undergo a pre-employment medical check to ensure a safe working environment.

What you'll do

  • Work with a diverse team in a rapidly changing industry, gaining valuable experience and personal growth
  • Prepare, slice, and package meats, cheeses, and other deli items according to customer specifications and food safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area
  • Monitor product freshness and rotation
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
