Administration Clerk Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Administration Clerk to join our team. As an Administration Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Respond to customer service emails and Salesforce enquiries
  • Assist customers with depot collections, drop-offs, repacks, and damages
  • Investigate freight escalations and manage unidentified freight
  • Complete daily data entry, including raising consignment notes and updating internal systems
  • Scan finance copies and close driver manifests
  • Conduct internal audits and complete general admin tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in administration, clerical support, or customer service (transport/logistics preferred)
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Good computer skills and confidence using internal systems
  • A friendly, helpful attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure
