Clinical Nurse Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Medical Ward team at Healthscope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively as part of the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Adhere to Healthscope policies and procedures, and participate in working parties or committees as required.
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality improvement, work health and safety, and hospital accreditation.
- Develop and maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prioritise, multi-task, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Establish and maintain professional working relationships with all healthcare workers.
Essential Criteria:
- Current Registration (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- Relevant post-registration qualifications and a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a medical ward setting.
- Demonstrated experience in case managing complex admissions.
- Experience in monitoring and evaluating clinical outcome measures, managing complex clinical issues, and recommending strategies to progress.
- Working with the Nurse Unit Manager to foster a strong collaborative team environment.
