Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department and Short Stay Unit teams. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the seamless functioning of the department.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department and Short Stay Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse Educators, Clinical Nurse Specialists, and Nurse Practitioners to ensure effective patient care and management.
- Participate in the development and implementation of evidence-based practices and policies to improve patient outcomes and safety.
- Contribute to the education and professional development of colleagues, including peer-to-peer mentoring and education.
Our Emergency Department and Short Stay Unit teams are committed to providing exceptional patient care and service. We have a patient-centred approach and foster a dynamic and cohesive work environment. Our team is supported by a Clinical Nurse Unit Manager, Medical Co-Directors, and an Operational Nurse Manager for Critical Care.
