Sales Development Specialist

As a key member of our team, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Development Specialist to engage with prospective clients, build relationships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish initial contact with potential customers via phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings to discuss cleaning services and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather information, understand customer needs, and develop tailored proposals.
- Utilize online databases and provided scripts to adapt sales approaches as needed.
- Contribute to the success of our sister company Blue Sky Empowerment through outbound calling and other tasks.
