This is a key role for driving the growth of our business through strategic account management.
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Perth. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and relationship-building skills, as well as a proven track record of managing and growing sales pipelines.
- Lead the execution of account plans to achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets.
- Develop deep insights into clients' businesses, industries, and challenges to create tailored strategies that deliver ongoing value.
- Prioritize long-term growth, customer satisfaction, and loyalty while achieving sustainable results.
- Achieve individual targets, including sales growth, customer retention, and overall account performance.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Minimum 7 years sales experience, preferably in B2B environments.
- 5+ years in contract/account management, including 3+ years in face-to-face or field sales with a proven track record in forecasting, managing, and growing sales pipelines.
- Expertise in building and optimizing high-quality sales pipelines (volume, value, win rates, velocity).
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Strong analytical abilities, using Excel to identify customer opportunities and prioritize actions.
