Job Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to manage their own program, working closely with another Coordinator and providing support to the Director.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of their designated area, collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals, and contributing to the development of new programs.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritizing tasks according to importance.
  • Developing and implementing enrichment activities at before and after school care, while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Assisting with compliance documentation and responding to parent inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Maintaining open communication channels with colleagues, parents, and school principals to foster a positive and supportive environment.

Requirements

  • A strong passion for working with children and promoting engaging experiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and previous experience in Before and After School Care is preferred but not essential.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
