About the Role

This permanent position will involve managing your own program, working alongside another Coordinator to deliver enriching experiences for primary school-aged children. You will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging activities at before and after school care, as well as assisting with compliance documentation and parent enquiries.

You will also have the opportunity to engage with the school community, play and have fun with the children, and co-manage or coordinate during the school holiday program. To succeed in this role, you will need confident interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a can-do attitude.

Requirements
  • Prior experience working in Before and After School Care is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about working with children
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
