**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coordinator to join our team in Leichhardt NSW. As a Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work with primary school-aged children, develop engaging programs, and collaborate with our Director of Service.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with kids, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage their own program with support from the Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside another Coordinator to manage your own program, making it your own with the support of the Director
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences at before and after school care
  • Engage with the school community in all areas, including community engagement
  • Play and have fun with primary school-aged children
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working in Before and After School Care is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident interpersonal skills, able to communicate with children, parents, and school staff

  • Before School Care hours: 7:00am - 9:00am
  • After School Care Hours: 2:00pm - 6:00pm
  • Admin: 5 hours per week
