**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support APAC-based colleagues in Australia and Singapore. This role will help deliver the people agenda, manage the employee lifecycle, and enable effective processes to support growth and efficiency across the region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing the full breadth of the people agenda and serving as the primary HR contact for APAC colleagues in Australia and Singapore.
  • Partnering with various stakeholders including Performance Management, Wellness, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Onboarding, Promotions, Salary reviews and People MI.
  • Developing and owning local People Plans for the client group; coordinating with People Operations, Reward, Recruitment, Employee Experience and Learning & Development to drive progress.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in HR, ideally in a HRBP or HR Generalist role.
  • Experience with APAC professional services firms and/or partnerships is ideal.
  • Strong employee relations knowledge with application of local labour law and internal procedures.
