Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support the planning, execution, and delivery of exceptional events and functions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders, including internal teams, members, and external brands, to develop detailed project scope documents.
  • Oversee all stages of event coordination, from initial concept to post-event follow-up, ensuring both high standards of event execution and communication with all parties.
  • Source suppliers and maintain good relationships, associated with an internal rate card.
  • Monitor budgets and ensure high levels of communication throughout the process.
  • Provide strong support in the lead up to and at the actual event, acting as a clear point of contact.
  • Supervise work by contractors or external suppliers and manage feedback and concerns promptly to ensure member satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong hospitality or hotel/restaurant background.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly experienced in managing budgeting and forecasting.
  • Understanding of luxury events and expectations.
  • Contact within the industry for suppliers.
  • Love being part of a close-knit team.
