Our ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of administrative skills and weighbridge expertise. They will be responsible for coordinating and reconciling weighbridge documentation, ensuring all vehicles are captured and identified in weighbridge control systems.

The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to investigate error logs with councils and other customers. They will also be responsible for reconciling incoming weighbridge invoices, tracking and recording container loads, and maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing loads and vehicle details.

Additional responsibilities include booking and preparing dispatch and received paperwork for transport companies, liaising with drivers, outsource providers, and plant operators daily, as well as scheduling and tracking customer deliveries in a timely manner.

Excellent time management skills, strong communication abilities, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will also possess good computer skills, a customer service orientation, and the ability to operate independently.

This role operates Monday to Friday, including public holidays, and is shared across 12 hours a day.
