Bolton Clarke is seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer to join our team in Varsity Lakes, QLD. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the condition and appearance of our facility are of the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance to ensure the facility is safe and well-maintained
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance of the building and its environment
  • Provide high-level customer service to residents, staff, and visitors
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Manage budgets and ensure compliance with legislative standards
Requirements
  • Knowledge of maintenance procedures and commercial and domestic construction practices
  • Experience in contractor management and budgeting
  • Knowledge and application of relevant legislation requirements, codes, and standards
  • Understanding of and empathy towards aged persons and their aged care living requirements
  • Relevant Certificate IV qualification and/or significant relevant experience
  • Valid working rights and open manual driver's license (Class C)
  • Current First Aid Certificate or ability to attain
