About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at YOUR Resourcing. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales teams through effective administration, collaboration, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage schedules and create daily audit reports to ensure seamless sales operations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and handle enrolment and coursework queries.
  • Assist with onboarding new staff and monitor team performance to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven accuracy in report generation and data entry.
  • Timely response to inquiries and leads.
  • Consistent maintenance of office presentation and adherence to company standards.
  • Efficient and precise task completion in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with effective management of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Certificate IV in a relevant field preferred.
