About the Role

About You
  • You have tertiary qualifications (or working toward) in librarianship, information management or a related field, with eligibility for ALIA associate membership.
  • You have proven experience leading and motivating a team in a busy customer service environment.
  • You have strong ability to adapt strategies to meet the needs of the local community.

We are looking for someone who is confident with collections, digital tools, and online resources to provide outstanding information services and support. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities, are essential.

A current Victorian driver's license and Working with Children Card are required for this role.
