Job Opportunity: Community Hub Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Community Hub Support Specialist.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the community hubs, mainly focusing on day-to-day operations, email management, and statistical analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administration: Provide administrative support to the community hubs, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  2. Building Operations: Present the community hub in an open, inviting, and safe manner, coordinating building maintenance requests.
  3. Finance: Process purchase orders, weekly banking, venue hire payments, and invoicing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • An ability to connect with community members, build rapport, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide timely, relevant, and accurate information and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to use communication technology effectively and efficiently.
  • Experience working in a front-facing, community environment is desirable.
