About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Optical Sales Professional to join our team. As an Optical Sales Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling optical products, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell optical products, including plano and prescription glasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses
- Process online orders and manage stock levels
- Demonstrate and educate customers on different optical products and features
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months of retail or sales experience in an optical environment
- Familiarity with progressive lenses, single vision lenses, bifocal lenses, coating types, transitions, tints, and polarized options
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Experience with EFTPOS or Hicaps machine
