About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our National Service Centre as an Engagement Coordinator.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support to our national client-facing staff, leading the delivery of administration for KPMG client engagements, and providing solutions to enquiries through your knowledge of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong customer service support to national client-facing staff
  • Lead the delivery of administration for KPMG client engagements
  • Provide solutions to enquiries through your knowledge of our services
  • Prepare engagement letters, reports, and other documentation
  • Create and edit job codes in SAP and maintain data integrity
  • Draft and raise bills and client debtor management
  • Use various risk management systems
  • Use accounting software as needed to support the client-facing team
  • Meet set performance KPIs & SLAs

Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills gained in an administration, retail, or hospitality environment
  • Initiative, self-motivation, and a commitment to providing highly responsive customer service
  • Outstanding time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills gained in a high-volume environment
  • A collaborative, team-focused mindset and a flexible approach to your work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills
