- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements for CRM, Data, and other non-digital system projects.
- BUILD rapport with clients and teams by listening to their needs and guiding them towards effective solutions.
- FACILITATE and manage workshops of varying sizes to train and gather requirements.
- IDENTIFY and assess security risks and business impacts.
- TRANSLATE business needs into actionable security requirements.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in non-digital projects such as CRM implementations, data migration, data governance, or enterprise systems.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Agile tools and technologies like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
- Certification in Agile methodologies like Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or IIBA Agile Analysis Certification is a plus.
