The role of Operations Manager is a critical leadership position within our organisation. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement and ensure excellence in production and supply.
About the Role- Lead cross-functional operational teams including manufacturing, warehousing and logistics.
- Develop and implement operational strategies for timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as GMP, TGA and ODC.
- Oversee production planning inventory control collaboration with quality assurance quality control R&D commercial teams.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and lead a high-performing team.
This role requires a strong background in pharmaceutical or related regulated manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years of experience in operational leadership roles and previous experience in Contract Manufacturing (CMO/CDMO) environments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day manufacturing operations ensuring efficiency safety and quality across all departments.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client timelines and budget expectations.
- Collaborate with various teams to support new product introductions and scale-up activities.
- Manage departmental budgets KPIs and performance metrics.
- Ensure safe work practices and a strong health & safety culture across all operational areas.
