At Gold Coast Bakery, we value leadership first and foremost — and we'll provide training for the right person to succeed.If you know how to motivate, support, and drive results through strong team leadership, we want to hear from you.We're seeking supervisors to take charge and help us deliver excellence in every bake.What You'll Be DoingAs a Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind your team's success, ensuring smooth operations and a safe, positive working environment.You will:Lead and manage production team members across shiftsAchieve production targets for quality, efficiency, and yieldEnsure compliance with WHS, food safety, and hygiene standardsMonitor and manage workflows, coordinating breaks and allocating resources effectively including roster managementCoach and develop team members, providing training and ongoing supportBuild and maintain a positive team culture with strong performance and accountabilityWhat We're Looking ForWe're after hands-on supervisors who know how to get the best from their teams while keeping the production floor running efficiently.You'll bring:Proven supervisory or people management experience (preferably in food production, food prep, or manufacturing – but not essential, as training is provided for the right leader)The ability to manage competing priorities while staying calm under pressureStrong communication skills and a lead-by-example mindsetKnowledge of (or willingness to learn) GMP, HACCP, and WHS standardsFirst Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)Why Join Us?
