Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Business Development Manager to join our team in Canberra. As a key member of our growing branch, you will play a crucial role in connecting clients with IT talent through strategic relationships across the Federal Government sector.
About the Role
This dynamic and fast-paced position involves developing strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. You will work closely with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in IT recruitment and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR NEEDS AND PROVIDE TAILORED SOLUTIONS
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent relationship development skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- A passion for connecting with people
- A competitive spirit and strong work ethic
- A demonstrable track record in recruitment and sales
- Resilience and determination
- At least 3 years in IT recruitment (preferably in the Federal Government space)
