We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to facilitate accommodation 'fit-outs' that meet individual client and NDIS requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, preferably with a NDIS/SDA background, and the ability to manage and meet financial objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strengthening existing stakeholder relationships through understanding what can be done to make transitions smoother and more efficient
  • Conducting site audits and preparing condition reports
  • Undertaking regular routine site inspections of leased properties to ensure they are maintained in good order and meet required standards
  • Overseeing the 'fit out' of apartments in a timely manner, including purchasing furniture and coordinating key trades and supplies
  • Scheduling maintenance and repairs, negotiating contracts with vendors to ensure good working order, quickly resolving emergency maintenance issues

The successful candidate will have strong relationships-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.

This role requires adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing demands.
