About the Role:

This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a variety of clients across different industries and sectors.

As a Mental Health Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering Mental Health First Aid and workplace wellbeing programs either face-to-face or virtually.

You will have the ability to adapt your teaching style to suit participants of different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

Additionally, you will travel to different training locations within Sydney's metropolitan suburbs.

We provide our trainers and educators with on-the-job training and support, as well as necessary equipment and resources to deliver programs.

If you are passionate about imparting knowledge and being on the road, this role may be suitable for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver high-quality Mental Health First Aid and workplace wellbeing programs
  • To adapt teaching style to suit diverse participant needs
  • To travel to different training locations
  • To collaborate with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work)
  • Relevant experience in mental health and wellbeing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
