You will develop a deep understanding of their business needs and financial objectives, driving growth through strategic partnerships and tailored solutions. To achieve this, you will work closely with product specialists and other stakeholders to design, structure, and execute deals that meet our customers' evolving requirements.

- Building strong internal and external networks to support deal design and execution
- Providing customers with bespoke solutions by understanding their unique needs
- Applying commercial acumen to drive efficiency and create long-term value
- Proactively managing credit and operational risks
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- A proven track record of building lasting customer relationships and delivering high levels of satisfaction
- Strong commercial knowledge and ability to understand customers' business needs
- Ability to assess, advise, and monitor customers' credit worthiness and suitable credit structuring options
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management principles
